You are yourself falling into ridiculous conspiracy theories. Biden and his team WANT BBB. There is no big conspiracy. Biden does not control the fact he is at a one vote margin in the Senate. That is called politics: people voted and that was the outcome. You would do no better in his place. Stop bashing those trying to make things happen, but, unlike you, must deal with the reality of politics and constraints. A President with a razor-thin majority in either houses and with a minority SCOTUS has very real constraints, which you seem to theorize away. Biden is doing what he van with the cards he has.
